About Matt
Matt is a Philly native and father of four. He moved his family to Franklin Twp in 2022 and currently has three children in FTS. For over two decades, Matt has been a union Gaffer and Lighting Specialist for TV & Major Motion Pictures throughout the east coast working on 100s of productions. In 2012, He founded and was chief designer for a company that created custom aerial lighting machines for movies sets.
In 2021, his company merged with the largest equipment and studio company in the world and he now serves as EVP of their NY & NJ operations. Handling duties such as client relations, contract negotiations, and acquisition research/evaluations.
Matt has proudly served as an instructor for non-profit educational programs such as Illumination Training, Kaufman/Astoria Filmfest, and Made in NY. His businesses have partnered with and helped coordinate programs like The Hudson Valley Stockaid Works, Vets On Set and Crew Bootcamps. Organizations that are focused on teaching basic industry skills and safety protocols with a focus on creating job opportunities through education and networking.
He and his wife, Sylvia, owned and operated Little Wonders Day School in Jamesburg, NJ for 15 years. A two story, five classroom preK program that also provided after school programs for elementary students. Matt has a BA in Communications from Desales University in the Lehigh Valley and is a proud member of IATSE local 52.
About Colin
Colin is married with four children and has lived in Franklin since 2013. Born in the US he moved to England at a young age and graduated from the University of Nottingham. He returnied to the US in the mid-90s and has lived in Hunterdon County since then. His two older children have graduated college and has two rising fifth-graders attending FTS.
He is a senior IT professional with over 30 years of experience and has worked for Merck & Co. Inc for the last 26 years. Colin has extensive experience in planning, managing and executing large programs with budgets of over $20M annually and global employees.
For the last couple of years Colin has coached soccer in the Union Township Rec league.
